Every NEO® Ring includes a 30-night trial from the day your order is delivered. Wear it, sleep in it, live with it. If you're not in love with it, return it for a 100% refund, no questions asked.
How returns work
- Email info@neoring.co with your order number within 30 days of delivery.
- We'll send you a prepaid return label within 1 business day.
- Once the return is scanned by the carrier, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Details
- Returns are free. We cover the label.
- Both rings from a Buy-1-Get-1 order must be returned together for a full refund.
- Items damaged through misuse (bent beyond the adjustable range, chemical damage) may not qualify; contact us and we'll find a fair solution.
Damaged or defective on arrival? We replace it free, no return needed. Just send a photo.
