How returns work

1. Email info@neoring.co with your order number within 30 days of delivery.
2. We'll send you a prepaid return label within 1 business day.
3. Once the return is scanned by the carrier, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Details

• Returns are free. We cover the label.
• Both rings from a Buy-1-Get-1 order must be returned together for a full refund.
• Items damaged through misuse (bent beyond the adjustable range, chemical damage) may not qualify; contact us and we'll find a fair solution.

Damaged or defective on arrival? We replace it free, no return needed. Just send a photo.
